Prices are in Canadian Dollars and may include errors or be subject to change without notice. Prices are based on the American manufacturer OAKWORKS™ suggested retail price.

SHIPPING CHARGES and all applicable taxes must be added to prices indicated. There are no packing or handling charges.

Unless the customer supplies a valid and exact tax exemption certificate, applicable to the address to which the merchandise is shipped, the tax on goods and services (GST) and the Quebec sales tax (PST- for Quebec residents only) must be paid. Theses taxes will also be indicated separately on the invoice.

Prices indicated may be combined with promotions or be subject to quantity DISCOUNTS or distributor discounts for authorised distributors.

Payment may be made by personal check, certified check, money-order, by VISA™, AMERICAN EXPRESS™ or MASTERCARD™ credit cards or by electronic funds transfer. Checks and money-orders must be made out to Therapeutik Equipments. Credit cards transactions are subject to a 3% OPERATIONAL FEE.

LEASING & FINANCING are available upon credit approval for any transaction over 1500$. If the contract is subject to a specific payment agreement, the customer agrees to pay interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (19.56% per year) on all overdue amounts. Any leasing or financing agreement is subject to the terms and conditions established by the third party financial institution. The CREDIT INFORMATIONS gathered from the client remained confidential and for the exclusive use of Therapeutik Equipments and the said financial institution or any of their subsidiaries.
